Michael Ealy came to us while on the road and shared with us several examples of getting in on large and multi-unit apartment buildings as an investment. He shared with us about working with an agency and specializing based on certain types of neighborhoods and tenants. He talked with us about cash flowing from a property vs. flipping and why he prefers the former.
